OK Boys, let’s play a little trivia!

A line from the True Grit remake me and my friends constantly quote when something goes wrong.

"Well... that didn't pan out"

The horse trading scene in either movie is perfection.

I suppose I'll have to watch both of them again...
Haven't seen the remake of True Grit.

The line is from John Wayne to Glenn Campbell in the original True Grit movie.

"Hillary?" That's an unusual name.

It's a German name. It means 'she whose bosoms defy gravity'.

I'm pleased to meet you. My name's Nick.

Nick? What does that mean?

Oh, nothing. My dad thought of it while he was shaving.

You know, um, something strange happened to me this morning...

Was it a dream where you see yourself standing in sort of sun-god robes on a pyramid with a thousand naked women screaming and throwing little pickles at you?

No...

Why am I the only one who has that dream?

"....I've been called a lot of things. But never comfortable...." (?)(I think this quote is correct)

My favorite movie ever. Best cinematography of any movie in my opinion.

Here’s another fun one

“The gun is mine, the bullets are his. Tell him he can come and get them whenever he wants.”

John Wayne in the war wagon

@Tubby’s Canteen & @Wishfulthinker580 - The Cohen brothers remake of "True Grit" was much more in line with how the book was written. Personally, I did enjoy the remake and saw it in the theater. I'm too young to have seen the original when it initially came out, but I also enjoyed it.

"Fill your hands you son-of-a-bitch!"

Good Afternoon,
How firm are you on your Dakota 416? I am highly interested but looking at a few different guns currently.

Best,
BJ

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell. I am willing to part with it as I have a 375 H&H Sodia on it's way from Dorleac & Dorleac. I am looking for $9,250 for it and if you are interested, I am happy to send you some pictures. Regards,
Steve
