God invented the whisky to keep the Irish from ruling the world
The Irishmen who was with Tom selleck while sitting around the dinner table, in the movie I believe crossfire trail had to ask my wife and she corrected me, (imagine that)

Close--Yes, it's Crossfire Trail, but it's the scene when Selleck and his compadres first walk into the bar. That speech is directed at the bartender. One of my favorite Westerns.

- Who gave you that black eye?

- Nobody gave it to me, son--I fought for it.

Let's see who gets this without using Google.

I’m pretty sure it’s three rifles , supplies for a month and Mozart.

Out of Africa originally written by Karen Blixen and starring Robert Redford and Meryl Streep

I love this quote. A great reminder that once upon a time it pretty much was small, medium, and large bore rifles, a .22 and shotgun and off you go.

Ghost and the darkness. At least is some form.

Good Afternoon,
How firm are you on your Dakota 416? I am highly interested but looking at a few different guns currently.

Best,
BJ

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell. I am willing to part with it as I have a 375 H&H Sodia on it's way from Dorleac & Dorleac. I am looking for $9,250 for it and if you are interested, I am happy to send you some pictures. Regards,
Steve
