apparently this breeder kudu has died and was 76"+ and 74"+ per side. Aside from any personal feelings one may have for the breeding side of hunting, this bull was indeed world class!

IMO, deep curls like that don't necessarily make the animal more beautiful. Kudos to him for keeping such an animal alive.

Gonna be some nice ones when his kiddies grow up.

I find Kudu the hardest animal for me to judge. The guides in Africa are amazing at estimating Kudu size. I saw a 70" Kudu mounted with big deep curls in a lodge. The old kudu looked really short on length and I was guessing upper 50's.

I do like the look of a tall set of horns but would not pass on a 70" plus animal.

We have been watching this bull with interest. There are a vids on YouTube about them darting the animal.

Hemmingway "Out of Africa" dinner for our clients

We love going the extra mile for our clients. The best feeling in the world is our clients going "Wow! this is amazing thank you"
Having had a successful hunt, having happy clients leave camp. There is nothing better.
