Is this M70 a push feed or CRF, I can't see from the photos

Two different calibers listed as well. 270 and 25 06. Not the best immages, looks push feed, but I could be wrong. Price is low too, may be an indicator of a push feed?

there were some CRF rifles with that ugly stock back in the late 1997-1999 range.

That there are no right-side images makes it highly suspect to me that it is push-feed.

Indeed. I have noticed sellers often omit close-up pics of the right side or those that would help identify CRF/Push and ignore mentioning it at all.

Looks like a PF to me, do not see a full length claw extractor. It’s the last photo and the only right side one. Unless it’s one of those CRPF made briefly, maybe from that era early 90’s, can’t tell, those didn’t have the full length claw extractor and not sure they are really considered CRF?

Winchester M70’s chambered in the Winchester Short Magnum and Winchester Super Short Magnum cartridges offered a hybrid control-round push-feed action.

That is a push feed; it specifically looks like the Black Shadow version (made in the 1990s and early 2000s) which was the lowest price version of the Model 70 in those days. Last known msrp was approximately $500. This rifle is listed in FAIR condition, which is, as we all know, only one step above POOR condition. The seller is advertising this rifle as a controlled round feed, per their description, which is obviously either an innocent (but inexcusable) mistake, or a patently false misrepresentation deliberately aimed at taking advantage of a less knowledgeable buyer. They also seem confused as to the chambering. Zooming in on the barrel stamp it is clearly marked .270 Winchester, although the description lists both .270 and .25-06, again an inexcusable mistake. No mention is made of the scope in the description, but it is most likely worthless and included only to further justify the exorbitant asking price. This rifle is worth no more than $500.

Thank you, I could not get my apple to give me that photo with that much blown up.

You’re welcome. Looks like a Simmons 8 Point 3-9 scope too.

POS push feed. If you are buying any rifle, don't buy junk. Buy one good quality rifle that will hold up for you. Buying Remington 700's for anything other than soft skin anything is a waste of time. Buying any push other than HS Precision is a waste of money.
Been there and sold that - every good deal is not.
