Headed to Mozambique tomorrow morning

Safe travels and good luck!

Safe travels and looking forward to reading your adventures!

We are heading out early tomorrow for a hunt with @KWALATA SAFARIS.

My wife and I have been planning this for a while, tried to go in 2020 and 2021 with another outfitter COVID and unforeseen problems caused those plans to fall through.
We met Jaco at DSC in 2023 and decided we would like to hunt with Kawalata. So plans were locked and we are now packed and ready. All the prep work is behind us and now just a couple long flights ahead. We will be totally unplugging and will write our hunt reports when we get back. This is a priority hunt for my wife, she has cape buffalo (Her 1st) and Niassa Wildebeest. My list has Hyena, sharps grysbok, red diker, and sunni on it. Then we will see what Africa provides if we get through our lists.
@aj fourie is pretty great - hunted with Kwalata in April 2023. Great crew!

Which area will you be hunting?

Since Dave said he'll be disconnected and stay that way, I'll answer for him. They are headed to the L9 block of the Niassa reserve in northeastern Mozambique.

Have a great hunt!
