Seriously, welcome to the forum. For hunting in Africa and other foreign venues, if you can't find it here, you won't find it anywhere. Good luck and start planning. It's later than you think. Stability in African countries is a moving target. Due to terrorism, there are countries that just a few years ago were on many bucket lists that are now extremely dangerous and basically not huntable.
