Haven’t done any reloading...

But I did build a new work bench that I’m going to mount my press to...

That's 12K.

I have 40 lbs of N320 coming next week to continue production. Goal is to convert 50K of .40 S&W brass to rounds. Then I am set for about a year of competition.

After that I have .458 B&M bullets to load. In addition to .500 NE

I would have been more productive if I wasn't still working full time. Plus one of my employees had Valley Fever some years ago and still has damaged lungs due to it. So, we have to fill in for him on tasks requiring client interaction. He has been with me since 1997 and would be hard to train someone new if something happened to him ;)

You are the man Dave!

Been doing the load work up for my .375 wby and 235 grain woodleigh psp. This is a bullet I tested in water jugs and the best group/load I have fired so far.

How long does it take you to load 50000 rounds.....?

At an effective rate of about 2K an hour 25 hours, I am fully automated. It takes longer to case gauge. I use a Hundo that lets me do it 100 at a time. I do the case gauging while watching Netflix.

Now, rifle rounds I use a single stage, so a lot longer. Then again I don't need load that many at a time.

WOW.....impressive... you need to move it all to Zambia and start production.....:D

lol, I decided to automate when my shoulder started hurting pulling the handle with the Dillon 1050 due to the amount of .40 S&W ammo needed per month (5-6K).

I have sensors for every station so don't need to watch it very closely either. I do dry fire exercises for 5 minutes, do a quick QA check, replenish components and then more dry fire. So, able to multi-task while the machine does its thing.

Tanks, I too shoot competitively, but not as much as you. I have a Dillon 1050 that I use for 45 ACP. How about some more information on your setup? Like where did you get it, how much etc.

Tanks, never mind, I went back to your post and found the info I needed. That Mark 7 Revolution is the real deal, providing you need a lot of ammo. I generally spend two days twice a year cranking my Dillon 1050, that provides me with all the ammo I need.

Jake, Sorry to bug you again. I was wondering if you could share a. couple actual pics of this crossbow with me?

Xpedition Archery USED Scrapeline390X Sniper Gray Crossbow XACW1001 - Light Wear - Needs Bolt/Arrow Guide Spring UA5689

If it is in a decent shape, would you be willing to sell it for $100 shipped? IS it missing the retention spring that goes over the bolt?
Thank you Ferenc

Good morning John, I just read your setup procedure for the northstar duplicator ator. I found it very hand and I did learn some things. I have the same machine and I am having a problem i can not figure out and was hoping you could shed some light on the subject.
