Courteney Selous Boots made from elephant

not affected by/doesn't break down due to contact with horse manure, etc.
Would be very effective if you worked in D.C. Should probably be standard issue.........

Seems like yesterday when some cowboy boots were made of elephant hide. They were extremely useful to those who cleaned stables as elephant leather is not affected by/doesn't break down due to contact with horse manure, etc.
I have a pair, and I think you can still buy them. Is that because they are made in the States?

I had a pair of black elephant Justin ropers back in the 80’s. They finally wore out on the inside. I don’t know how many times I had them resoled.

They offered elephant leather belts at DSC and SCI within the last 2 years so I imagine somehow you can get boots.

You can still buy elephant hide boots, belts, wallets, and other items here in the states from hides that are imported through permitting or pre-ban…see bullhide-belts or Yoder leather. And quite a few options for cowboy boots…just not Courteney or comfy hunting Vellie options today.

I’ve got a pair of elephant western style boots made in Texas. I never wear them. I always grab others instead

Wore them in and got them dirty on my 14 day leopard hunt and you can’t tell them from cape buffalo after you use the can of saddle soap that comes with them
Interesting. All I did was have my face scanned going through our immigration. no questions asked no boots cleaned no nothing. got my bag. had my 4457 forms checked on rifle and out I went. no issues

Sir, I will gladly take that 16 gauge off your hands. I was waiting for your Winchesters but I'm a sucker for a 16 ga.

I bought a great deal of the brass he had for sale, plus I already had many hundred rounds.

How much brass are you looking for?
