Coming Soon... AfricaHunting.com App

Just for oldtimers like me, the "Android App Store" is called the "Playstore".

Started the process today and will update you all once all is set up... The process may take a little longer and be a little more complex than originally anticipated as Apple now requests for sites to run in HTTPS as per Apple App Transport Security requirements.

Jerome, tried it. On my Samsung it was to big and didn't show as many items as the bookmark I previously saved. Had to delete it and revert back to the older site.

It is quick to load and you can see the latest "recent" comments in all threads while you are on the run.

I'm wondering about the guys in the bush having better access with this platform and a better ability to share whats going on out there.

Yes please share your experience, thx!

Nice and easy to use and work 100%!

Thanks for it.

over my non tec head.

I've been using it for about 1 month now. Pretty easy to use, lets you see the most recent comments/threads pretty easy and you can also see the alerts/updates. I still also use the webpage when on my phone sometimes, but have been using the app more and more

I've got it and so far so good. I suppose it might take a bit of time to get accustomed to it

Works like a charm!

This is awesome!!

I have it and I really like it. Still prefer the desktop format at home because it's what I'm used to, but when traveling or away from home, it's very convenient.....

Good Job!

This should be the standard for forums on mobile devices

I use it all the time now. I like it. I think some of my problem is probably that I do not quite understand how it works. I miss all the emojis and using the @name thing to flag people. But it is very convenient and the picture load very well.

Thank you for all of the feedback so far, it is helpful information and much appreciated.

Also please rate AfricaHunting App to bring it up in the ranking of app search results so other hunters can find it.

Easy to use, loads fast, but it normally drops me in a loop of 4 or 5 "Deals" pages when I open from the notification bar. Galaxy S7 Active.
Otherwise, it's great! Much quicker than going online to get my fix

I've been using it on Apple phone and ipad for a few weeks and is quick and easy to use. Only thing is I can't get notifications to go away after I've looked at everything. It does clear after a few hours. Good job, Jerome!

I think the check mark with the lines at the top right corner of the notification window clears the little red dots.

Hi
Sorry but I was using the new App but was getting all sorts of problems so I with the help of others here deleted the App and continued in the web site!!!

It does within the app but not on the app icon on the phone.

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
