Hello, I'm Paul Hampton. I do gunsmithing and rifle building out of Fallon, NV.

I've been doing more and more No. 1 work, which I know is popular here. Looking forward to helping out with any questions, and learning more about the ins and outs of Africa.

Welcome to AH p.ham!

Greetings p.ham,

Khomas Highland Hunting and Fishing Safaris of Namibia, welcomes you to the greatest forum on earth.

Meanwhile, I went to high school with a rifle enthusiast who now lives in Fallon.
Perhaps you know him through your profession.
His name is Cliff Barnhouse.
I vouch for him.
He is a proverbial straight arrow.

Best Regards,
Velo Dog.

His name sounds familiar, but I can't say that I personally know him.

Good Afternoon,
How firm are you on your Dakota 416? I am highly interested but looking at a few different guns currently.

Best,
BJ

What is the minimum you would take.

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell. I am willing to part with it as I have a 375 H&H Sodia on it's way from Dorleac & Dorleac. I am looking for $9,250 for it and if you are interested, I am happy to send you some pictures. Regards,
Steve
