Hello forum members!!! Nathan who has done such a great job setting up our AH dinners at SCI has passed the baton to me. I have reached out to Jerome as I always do to get permission to do the following for all of us:
1. Set up our DSC dinner within walking distance from the venue that was cancelled last year due to snow and ice for Friday 2/6/2026.
2. Set up our SCI dinner at the same place Nathan used for Friday 2/20/2026.

If Jerome gives me permission, I will be setting both of these up for us. I will be far out so all of us can plan.

I'm sure the information is somewhere in these 12 pages on this thread, but to make it easier and with SCI coming up this week, could you please re-post the particulars for the even this year? I know its the same place, but name, address, date and time would be good to post again so it can be more easily found in the thread.

I live in downtown Nashville and agree. Not a convenient location for downtown hotel convention goers. I do understand that Jonathan’s have been super accommodating though.

I’m pretty sure that’s a typo. germantown is a Memphis suburb. There are also A couple of Jonathan’s Grills in metro Nashville.

It’s the Germantown, Nashville location, Google Maps shows it’s a short drive from the Center.

I was confused for a second, (Easily done), but Google maps shows the same location as last year. Just a short hop from the Convention center.

Although Rare Breeds post is the correct address, just take the Germantown out of it and it shows the downtown location we've been at the last few years.

Then again, if some of y'all get lost, I won't need as many Africa Hunting hats!

This screenshot might help. It's the downtown location maybe 8-10 blocks north of the Convention Center. You'll see the word Germantown in the upper left corner of the map, so this is the point of confusion. The Convention Center is across from the Bridgestone Arena.

Just wanted to point out that Germantown TN is just outside of Memphis. The Germantown in Nashville is an area, not an address. Sort of like Cool Springs. People talk about it like it's a town, but it is just an area; addresses there have a Franklin TN zip code. I lived in Brentwood many moons ago, brother still does. When I lived there, Cool Springs was nothing but woods, and so was most of Brentwood, lol.

Everyone while I could not get outside heaters I did get a fire pit to help provide warmth. An update for everyone’s consideration. For next year unless someone else wants to do this my sister volunteered to find us a larger place closer to the convention with no minimums required. She does this for a living and knows Nashville with great contacts. she was too busy this year but she owes me lol!
