I've never seen the opening this large before. I bought a box of 50 which were all that were available. Has anyone seen this before?

Can't speak on the 35 cal but the opening on the 45 cal are large as well. They did a good job out of a 45 70 no complaints

It seems generally that the slower cartridges have larger openings then slower. I don’t know how they decide what that looks like when it is sold as a bullet. But it is a generalization.

Definitely seems large in proportion to caliber.
Appears larger than the 350 grain 416 that I am presently looking at.

Yeah definitely larger opening than my 570g TSX's. Jealous.

Very similar size hole as the Australian made acp projectiles (no longer made). I know the 185s at 3,000 plus fps definitely work well on pigs, I didn't try them on anything else.

Average weight around 100 pounds live weight. Definitely overkill but dead is dead.
