Would you like a Cigar?

Last night I was actually questioning my sanity. It was 31 degrees, but felt like 21 with the wind chill, and I was outside smoking a cigar. Even with the heater about 2 ft away from me the cold was just too much. Even my wife's Shi-Tzu was dressed for the cold, and she hung in there with me. LOL!!!!!

You all should move to the desert of Arizona. Rarely any ice, and 67° this afternoon.
Of course the summers are a different monster.
Love it! We do what we gotta do!

We have the polar opposite problem here in the summer.

I stocked up on Joya de Nicaragua cigars awhile ago in Prague. Usually I smoke the maduro robusto cigars. These were part of a sample pack. Absolutely delicious. Great company on a wet day in the woods.

My Father Blue's have become my recent favorite. The cedar tones are just lovely.

My Father are some of my favorites. The Judge is probably #1 for me. I haven't tried the blue, ill add it to the list. Thanks!

I'm a fan of all of My Father cigars, and the Blue are nice, but I still like the Le Bijou.

My good friend Willie who I got into smoking cigars, gave a sampler of Oliva Monticello. I'm a huge fan of the Oliva Melanio's and this cigar is flat out amazing. It's a bit stronger than the Melanio's, but well balanced. If you like Oliva cigars, give this one a try, you won't be disappointed.

@Mort Hill, here you go, another cigar to add to your humidor. You're welcome. :ROFLMAO:

I don't remember if I said this before or not. Those Joya de Nicaragua were Nicaraguan Dictator Anastacio Somoza's favorite cigars. Way before Nicaraguan cigars became what they are now. I personally prefer Nicaraguan cigars to Cuban grown cigars, with Padron cigars leading the pack.

I remember that. Might have been you. I’ll have to try out some Padron on my next trip. You always speak highly of them.

BTW, I'm not a cigar expert by any stretch, but I guarantee you will love the Padron 1964 Aniversario Maduro. It's an amazing smoke.

What a great idea, and what a beautiful room! I have a covered patio that it's great during the summer, but not so much during the winter. The wind blows mostly from the north, and this patio faces north. It's open with the exception of the roof, and I've been kicking the idea of closing it, but what to do with the smoke, besides cracking a window.

What kind/type of exhaust are you using in your cigar lounge?

I used a kitchen exhaust fan that I got on Amazon. A buddy of mine is an electrician and he hard wired it in and installed a 3 speed fan switch so I can change how fast I want it to exhaust. A lot of the fans when on high are too loud to sit comfortably and enjoy a cigar.

Outstanding, thank you for your quick response. I'll have to look into it some more, and this is a great start. (y)

The Rabbit air purifiers work great from the reviews I've seen, but pricey for the large ones.

A good friend of mine who converted his garage into a mini mancave, used this and it worked great. But you need fresh air to come in into the area.

Leaving in77 days for Zim.

Calling on all cigar lovers to give me their top two suggestions to take for a 26 day safari. I need to get an order placed to get them in shape in my humidor before I have to leave.

I prefer medium-heavy cigars in a torpedo or corona.

All suggestions are greatly appreciated and I will remember the suggestions in pictures back here in this thread.

Hey Steve, This is Steve Washington we met at KMG last year. I am interested in your Winchester. Would love to speak with you about it. I work third shift and I cannot take a phone with me to work. Let me know a good time to call during one of your mornings. My phone is 239 565-8988. Live in Florida so I have to account for the time difference.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Good day, Slider.

Do you by any chance have any 500NE brass left that you are willing to part ways with?

Best regards,
Boela Bekker.
