Precisely bluey! Is it chicken? No. Is it steak? Yes but cooked like chicken... Which seems to be a terrible thing to do to any self respecting cow! It's a confused food.... Those Texicans can be complicated!

After googling the recipe for milenesa it is pretty close. You need to add the cream gravy, mashed potatoes, and sweet tea. (please remember its Texas so its iced tea)
