The issue is that LAPD should handle this.. Trump use this to fight Newcom politically by overriding his decisions and deploy NG and Marines. Troops on the street may be pouring gas on the situation..

But it seems rather futile to point this out to you people..who think its ok to shoot at protesters with live ammunition and spray them with gasoline and ignite them..

I fully agree that burning the flag of the country you want to live in and wave the flag of the country you dont want to live i (Mexico) is insane.. But you cant shoot or burn them to death..

Excuse me but the LAPD’s hands are tied. They will not deport criminals or aid in the deportation. Trump is protecting federal agents and all of California. California is NOT a country unto itself even the the local politicians seem to think it is! It is part of the USA and millions of conservative, Republicans in California, like my in-laws, want Trump to protect them from radical leftist politicians and invaders. Our military can be used against INVADERS.

Well at least you are consistent… reliably and predictably defending the wrong side. I suppose money and support passing through at least two hands is a definition of plausible deniability for some.

First the largest contributor to the main group organizing all of this is actually State of CA, as pointed out above to the tune of tens of millions of dollars in the last couple of years.

Second, I doubt you can even link those rioting directly to the organizations.

I am not defending the wrong side. I am defending the law. We all criticized past Democrat administrations for targeting their political enemies. We should not do the same.

Heck, by your logic Trump should be in jail for January 6th as the crowds were inspired by him. He is not legally responsible though.

its not a coincidence however that the overwhelming majority of large scale riots (as well as large scale legitimately peaceful protests) in this country over the last several decades have been executed by far left extremist groups or racial minority groups during the tenure of Republican presidents..

The exception would be the Fergusson and Baltimore race riots that happened after the shooting deaths of Brown and Gray respectively during the Obama administration.. but Obama himself had a LOT of influence on those riots and pretty much encouraged them with his racial rhetoric, demeaning of law enforcement, and refusal to hold the rioters accountable....

When Democrats hold power the malcontent millionaires and billionaires generally refrain from sponsoring and funding large scale events..

Christina Walton (one of the richest woman in the US.. possibly the world?) is now funding a protest movement of her own.. will be interesting to see how that turns out..

Shes another very liberal activist that after inheriting her husbands fortune (she married one of Sam Waltons sons) got very involved in funding left wing movements.. she traditionally stays quiet during D administrations and sticks to funding philanthropies like the San Diego Zoo and the arts.. but whenever there is an R in office millions get spent on political activism.. between 2002-2006 I think she donated more than $3B to various causes and charities.. some good things that have nothing to do with politics and everything to do with charity... many however went straight into pushing leftist agendas..

I don't think her timing with her planned Anti-Trump protests is coincidence or accidental..

I also don't think that its a coincidence that most of her protest sites are compacted into the North Eastern US, the West Coast, and the Chicago area.. (where she knows law enforcement will be inclined to do little to nothing about it).. and that while they have sites lined up in Texas and other traditionally red location, their plan is to do minor things like hang signs over interstate overpasses there...

In Florida, most county sheriffs are elected, and therefore, not beholden to the whims or the politics of the Mayors or any other elected officials for that matter... They only answer to their constituents to whom they are elected to protect...

Unfortunately, we do have a handful of sheriffs that were elected in blue counties like my old employer in Broward.... The current sheriff there is a spineless scumbag... He would make Newsome and Bass proud.... If you do see any rioting in Florida that lasts more than 10 minutes, it will be in the 4 blue counties that still exist where the major metropolitan cities are located... No big surprise there...
