Yes, absolutely. The two brothers from Indiana did that. They were focused on Muskox, but also took caribou.

I’ve personally been looking at this option myself several times.

Finally got my caribou from this Greenland hunt from October 2022 home. The taxidermy work was done is Denmark. There is a bit of a lag time due to the port freezes over in the winter and shipping doesn't resume until June.
