One of the main reasons the gang got rid of McCarthy was that he wouldn't release the January 6 tapes like he promised. He might still be Speaker if he had followed through on his promise.

Evidently 44,000 hours will be released this weekend.

No Company.

No Organization.

No Government Department.

Should ever have a qualified audit six years in a row. Heads should roll starting at the top.

Name one for-profit business that would allow this type of performance. I can’t think of any. If I failed twice, I would be out the door.

If my firm failed ONE financial audit my head would be on a pike…

That’s not the sort of thing you get second chances on…

Deficiencies, yes… you’ll never get everything perfect…

Failure however is absolutely not an option when talking financial audits…

Looks like the US Army is hurting for soldiers and are willing to take those that refused the vaccine back.

The Air Force did the same thing, and cleared those who received punishment. What a cluster.

Regardless of whether or not you think Trump engaged in an act of insurrection, it makes no sense that any judge could reach the conclusion that the 14th Amendment wouldn't apply to all offices or candidacies. Despite its roots in Confederate history, the fact that legislators at the time would even construct such a clause points to their understanding of the need for such legislation across the board.

I know the "I support Russian strategic goals" contingent in our community tires of me dropping these updates, but Strieff does an excellent job with them and they are worth reading - particularly for critics of US policy toward Ukraine. As usual, he does a thorough review of the conflict from the political to tactical level. Many do not take the time to read through them, so I did pull one of the clips from his report.

The aftermath of yet another series of Russian assaults on the Avdiivka salient.

The full report is here. To remind, these are published on "RedState," https://redstate.com/ which is hardly a RINO rag.

They need to roll the entire Russian command structure across that field in a few personnel carriers.

Warning - this is as brutal a clip as you will find, but it absolutely captures the lethality of this new drone warfare. The clip is taken from a UA observation drone that has spotted a Russian soldier. A miniature attack drone is vectored to the target. It carries a small explosive charge designed to kill or wound one or two combatants. It explodes on contact. The results are devastating.

reddit seems to have removed the post.

Looks like they did indeed. Can't imagine anything too graphic for Reddit.

On a different note Red, regarding the munitions these drones been dropping, They can only be so big and/or heavy. Yet the damage they inflict is substantial. Have the mentions seen a significant increase in efficiency? I'm defining efficiency as how much bang for size and /or weight.

I could now imagine a small drone, similar explosive charge, equipped with infrared vision, hunting hidden snipers. In the future, few years from now give them AI, and they will be independent hunters.

Entire modern battlefield changes dramatically with this new technology.

It scares me, and reminds me of future drone wars as depicted in movie serial "Terminator".

Tanks and armor are vulnerable to new technology, infantry is vulnerable to new technology.
What is then, a decisive factor in modern and future wars?

Battlefield, yes. Also anyone that might be a target of an assassin. How would Secret Service or security details defend against such tactics?

Not to mention population control with such devices armed with cameras and face recognition

Prevention of gatherings that some dictatorial regime finds’undesirable’

What a Pandora’s box

When they outlaw drones, only the outlaws will have them
