What to try and take while in South Africa

My vote would be springbok (can beVERY challenging to stalk) - it is Africa's most recognized plains game besides the Kudu...! BUT - it's Africa and you may not get a chance. So.... listen to your PH and"if the metal is hot, BEND IT!"....
