Hey guys
anyone have any idea when the 404 Jeffrey A-Frames might becoming available? I got a call from them a year ago saying they will be available in the Fall but I've seen no updates or received any emails saying they were available.
Maybe someone on this Forum might have some insight or news they can report to us on them.
Regards
Mike

Good luck sir!..... .375 300gr A-Frames sold out in 3ish hours the other day.

Maybe if you go to the SCI show in Nashville and are one of the first people up to the booth, then MAYBE you can buy some from them directly.

I was literally able to apply for and receive an ATF permit to import bullets from Australia easier and faster than I have ever been able to locate any A-Frames I wanted.

I love Swift bullets, but the lack of availability is very frustrating. If an AH member is up to it, please go by the Swift booth at DSC or SCI, pull out your phone and make a video asking them about the lack of availability. I doubt they will give a satisfactory answer, but it's worth a try.

LOLOLOL.... Yeah walk up to a Boomer company owner and ask them on video a question they've already answered.

"No body want's to work anymore" - That was Bill's response last time he was asked.

And Bill is so right! Also, an issue with materials that meet their standards.
This is a terrible time to be in the manufacturing business!

To be fair... who wants to live in Quinter, KS - population 900? It's in the middle of nowhere.

Maybe if they relocated to a place with a larger pool of qualified employees his luck would change. CEB bullets moved here to Boise and I don't hear the same complaints from them.

The red dot is Quinter.

Yes, more immigrant labor is available in metro Boise. Lots more! For now anyway. Unless Idaho switches to voting Democrat. Then roll out the carpet for ICE. :D

You don’t know much about Boise.

I was born in Emmett and family for both sides still lives there, also Boise, Caldwell, and Nampa. Very large Mexican contingent in the area. Always has been.

The lack of people wanting to work is not keeping Barnes, Hornady, and others from stocking retailer shelves with their bullets. Heck, Woodleigh’s factory burned down and they are starting to ship product again! No, I’m afraid Swift is fixing’ to close up.

I don’t think they’ll close.

But your right about Woodleigh, and they are also not located in a densely populated area.

If he would offer a relocation bonus to Quinter KS that included 100 acres of good bottom/farm land I would go and recruit some more folks, be nice to have a good whitetail hunting place of my own in Kansas!

no body wants to work in a small town in Kansas with not happening there, boring. if I was younger I would for bullets

A couple years ago, I think Swift built a new, larger building in Quinter.

@North Fork Bullets has some available on the website, try some and you won't be disappointed !!

Other distributors have the 380 gr .423 available, paired with the Cup Point solid I would guess that would cover your needs

The last three years in a row I've purchased A-Frames at the SCI convention in Nashville. I have purchased .30, .366, .375, .416 and .423 bullets there. The swift booth is my first stop when the doors open and I only attend the last two days of the convention.

Saw your post. Nice. Denver too. Genesee area (just off 70) if ever up this way. Alternatively, do you have a membership at GGC? Whatever, you'll have a wonderful time in Africa. Enjoy.
