Does anyone have an idea of how long it takes to get unmounted trophies shipped after safari?

Zim is always quite slow. The paperwork the dip/pack needs goes thru the government and that makes it slow. Fewer places in Zim to get Dip / Pack done, way fewer than as in S A , so they get backed up. They tell you 6-8 months but it's Zim so I usually see them out in a year. Most other countries I see them move faster. Just got 2 safari's in that hunters went on in April 2015.

Was the hunter Michael J Fox?

I would say Dennis is right on the money.

LOL Hi Brick , it's just who you know that makes things happen...I have them ready to go dip and pack on day 90. I haven't found a way yet to beat the government 90 day rule for export yet.....LOL

My shipment should hit texas this week from my trip last september. It always seems like a long time but it could always be worse. At least my trophies have always been properly prepped and are mine.

You works looks outstanding! I will be hunting Leopard in 2017 ad if successful I look forward to working with you.

Got your message Johnnyblues. I will do some great pieces for you !

Dennis where are you located?

CAustin, I'm in Michigan, North of Detroit about 90 miles, in what we call the heart of Michigan's thumb. But I'm really everywhere. I am either crating and shipping or driving and delivering trophies to just about all the lower 48 states all the time. Thanks for all you compliments on my work and please go visit the website and look over my studio.

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
