I wanted to ask if anyone has mounted a Reflex RMR sight to a Rigby Big Game SSB.
I was thinking of doing this but wanted to ask if anyone knows if someone makes a mount that will fit the rear sight dovetail. I wanted a set up that could be easily reversed.

I’ve been researching the same topic. I think I am just going to have a new sight insert milled with a single blade and RMR dovetail mount behind it. Just drift out the current sight and drift in the new one. Completely reversible with no modifications to the rifle. I saved down these photos from someone who posted on here about doing the exact same thing to a vintage Rigby double.

I love that mount idea, RY2626!

@ay2626 thanks.. the same concert as what I was thinking.
I just need to find if someone makes the adapter plate to suit the rigby and go from there.

Had an excellent classifieds transaction with JoninCO. A truly honest and standup member. I wouldn't hesitate at all to deal with him again. Thanks, J!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
