Quick release rings?

Any recommendations for quick release scope rings that actually hold zero if you remove the scope and put it back on? The rifle is an Interarms Whitworth 375 HH. Thanks

X2 on the Talley they just flat out work.

I still lap them though and after lapping paint a THIN layer of liquid electric tape on the inside of the rings before torquing to spec.

No ring marks and the scope is not moving, morris at Alaska Arms taught me that.

I use Warne rings on both my 30-06 and 404 Jeffery. They hold zero perfectly. Lost one screw for top of forward ring of 404 but brought it to Africa anyway. It held zero after checking irons before leaving and it killed eland, buffalo, and giraffe with all shots hitting exactly where I expected, including eland at 190 meters.

I also have Talley QD rings on my Whitworth 375 HH. Installed with screw locks first, then went with the levers.

I've used Leupold QR and QRW with perfect return to zero. I also have Leupold/Burris (vintage) STD rings with a custom lever base for the adjustable ring that has been perfect returning to zero as well. All on 375 and up.
Warne QD rings on a CZ 550 in 416 have also had good results.

I use Talley, Warne quick release rings and Leupold Quick Release (QR) rings and mounts that use the lever and base post system for 375, 416 and 458 rifles with excellent return to zero and sturdiness.

With the Talley and Warne quick release rings, when reinstalling the scope to the rifle, insure that you push forward towards the muzzle to eliminate any minute play insuring the best chance of consistent repeatability.

While I don't think it's required on Talley's, it won't hurt AND there are a boatload of other rings out there that absolutely need this form of treatment on a DG rig!!! Those Austrian Bock mounts are works of art and engineering (it's designed more like a thin spring clamp-they are very sleek but slip with heavy-recoiling guns.) I used to use black auto weatherstripping adhesive on them until I went Talley on nearly everything. NEVER a slip or scope mark with a Baker's dozen of 'em. Alaskan makes their own really nice Q/D rings!

Warne are very hefty, strong steel. They work! I've put em on others' heavy-kicking guns to good results. They're not as pretty on a nice gun, and most are essentially a beefier steel improvement upon the Weaver style setups. They belong on military (or any other black guns!) I hate Picatinny-style anything (Weaver are simply short Pic bases or my absolute NEVER choice a Rail that can interfere with ejections on DG guns! I've seen cartridges bounce back into the receiver at the moment of truth. LOL) But they work and I put 'em on my Son's first 300 WM as a teen and he put it to good use!

This only works at home or in the range. I do not beleive its an option in the field. As long as you torque it to specs and use a leveler and exact placement on the rings it should hold zero.
For in field use if you need more than 1 scope you will need to carry multiple QD mounted scopes.

Talley is all I have used in the past execllent results. My new rigby has the era swing mount not sure how I feel about it yet.
