Republicans don't answer the phone, or hang up when they find out the call is a poll. Problem is pollster's have to take that into consideration if they want to be accurate. Obviously accuracy isn't near as important as a narrative.

Part of the problem with polls is that the liberals are so self-righteous that those with differing opinions prefer to be quiet so as to avoid a lecture, except when in the privacy of the voting booth they can vote their mind.
