They look remarkably the same! Very little if any noticeable shoulder.

There are HUNDREDS of metric calibers out there and some are a fraction of a mm apart. The 9.3x72r is a blackpowder era cartridge, the 9.3x74r is a "big boy" capable of doing the same things as a 375HH. Pick up a copy of Cartridges of the World to see a partial sampling of the numerous metric cartridges invented over the last 150 years. It's a very useful reference item.

I would like to offer up in response to @Andrew NOLA s generosity, 60 rounds of PPU .375 HH projectiles. As I just can't seem to get my reloading bench up and running, I need to spread some 300 gr cheer!
