on a lighter note...

If you ever get a chance to go to Milan, find your way to Santa Maria delle Grazie - the old monastery/nunnery where da Vinci painted this.

It's faded, but still quite impressive. It's about 30 feet wide and 15 feet tall. When you see it in full size, you'll realize Dan Brown was right about one thing: there is *no way* that the person to the right of Jesus is a dude, though it has always been reported to be St. John the Devine.

A guy who could draw a perfect circle with either hand, who could write in mirrored script, and a whole host of other things, would not have had a "woopsie" and made a dude look like a chick. Zero chance.

Jesus and most of the Apostles appear to be Caucasian in The Last Supper, as opposed to Semitic/Abrahamic.

Michelangelo depicts an uncircumcised David in his statue. (Yes I realize there is some minor controversy regarding this) The original David would have been circumcised.

The Renaissance was an amazing time filled with amazing artists but sometimes their knowledge of subject mater 1,500-2,500 years and 1,000 miles removed, proved lacking.

Good Afternoon,
How firm are you on your Dakota 416? I am highly interested but looking at a few different guns currently.

Best,
BJ

What is the minimum you would take.

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell. I am willing to part with it as I have a 375 H&H Sodia on it's way from Dorleac & Dorleac. I am looking for $9,250 for it and if you are interested, I am happy to send you some pictures. Regards,
Steve
