True Story:
I had a job interview today for a job at a new company. It was the 3rd sequential interview for this job, with the director of operations.
Question: “What are your long term career aspirations, where do you see it going in 5+ years?”
My Answer: “I would say retirement is my long term outlook”
Do you think I’ll get the job? (Hint: I’m 34)
Even if I don’t, I thought it was funny.

Every time I visit a friend's his grand sons break out the nurf guns for military training and make believe hunting trips. Their view is something is going to die today.....usually me getting hit a couple of dozen times or more

No, there are lots of these made up '30s to '50s vintage type ads out there. You can pretty much assume that any of these ads you see in a joke/meme thread are bogus. There are several floating around out there featuring Colt, and a couple for H&R.

Made it to Augusta Georgia yesterday for a meeting, hunt bookings are looking good for 2026 and 2027, had a great time on our Alabama safari shot a rutting deer at 200 yards with 7mm PRC near Huntsville and then headed on to Butler Alabama and semi guided my first deer ever shot a very nice broken off 8 point with hunter there and spend a few days on 1100 acres hunting preserve awesome place!
