Obviously this is a standard lead core bullet with polymer tip but a propellant filled bullet does exist.

Google gyrojet, the idea was to reduce recoil on the shooter as the bullet didn’t reach full velocity until after it was several feet away and the majority of the acceleration occurred when it could not longer exert a force on the gun/shooter.
 
I'm trying to figure out what magazine is abbreviated SG. There's clearly some idiot getting paid far too much to "edit" for the writers

It sounds like some sort of snowflake witchcraft as they can't handle recoil. [emoji23]
