I find that instead of arching the back I keep it straight and aligned. Lift the head as you crawl and always do the left leg. left hand / alternating right leg, right and shuffle.

I wouldn't usually post this because it is of a very personal nature but I feel the need to assist my fellow suffers. We are all in this together. Hang in there fellow brothers.;)

What sling studs do those swivels fit ? They look to be quite a bit wider than the standard modern swivels. They may be just what I need for my Remington 30 Express wide swivel studs. Can you measure the pin diameter ?
