on a lighter note...

Even us last year boomers (1965) enjoyed pellet gun fights, in the mid seventies. The two neighbour boys and my brother had 177 Crossman break actions and mine was the same in 22cal. 3 houses to the end of the street and we were in the bush. Summer time from sun up, after a quick bowl of cereal, to supper time, we were out hunting each other or frog or squirrels or building tree forts or fishing, it was awesome growing up in rural Ontario.

Early gen x (1969)… definitely had my share of BB gun wars…

We did implement a no pellet gun rule… but both pump action and the old lever action daisy guns were absolutely allowed…

We were responsible for where the muzzle was pointed at all times no matter what. BB or pellet. Not allowed to be in any BB gun wars etc. That would have brought an a$$ beating.
I thought other kids got the same firearms training we did. Turns out no kids I ever knew got firearms training.
Kids will be kids:whistle::A Whistle:
