Hallo Sir, the Serval is CITES appendix 2 but non on CITES 1.

What caliber of rifle do you use and recommend on these hunts?

We use 2 guns for this hunt, either a 30 06 with a heavy 200gr bullet, so you have the power for hyena, but also nice and slow, so it doesnt rip the cats apart, or a 303 brit for the same reason. Non of the shots are long, so 100yards is max what we shoot.
