A classic gin and tonic.
Current favorite gin is The Botanist.
Best tonic is Q Tonic.
Add a wedge of fresh lime.
In fact, I had two of these (my limit) when I got home from shooting sporting clays today.

Yorsh is my current creation. It is a russian drink of beer and vodka. Interesting how the flavor changes with different beers.
Will be working on this one for a long long time !
Nasty!

I will definitely give it a try. Thanks

I once attempted a "Sober October" and bought some non alcoholic beer. After a long 28 days I'd had enough of that. So a few weeks later I ran out of regular beer one evening and decided the NA beer shouldn't go to waste. So I discovered Busch NA beer mixed with a bit of Tito's vodka make a passable version of Budweiser. Lol!

Actually sounds nasty, but im willing to try it. Haha

It has been so far. I dont have any russian beer. So i been experimenting with American brews.
Well, keep experimenting! I used to do that forty years ago. I've wisened up! Kind of?

And what brand of water? I think there are more brands of "specialty" water out there than liquor brands.
Ya, I hear ya. My father ran shine in west virginia years ago. He taught me to boil the water for any brew or mash. I make some time to time. You can tell a huge difference in the taste. Im a big fan of the bathtub brew !

Maybe I should give the recipe for some home brew. It is a kick !

Ok, here goes. You want some home brew ?
I will give the easy concoction.
5 gal water
5lbs sugar
Stuff a loaf of bread in a sock
Put in 10lbs of fruit, your preference
Let it set 3 days covered to keep the bugs out
Then sift it through a stocking
Chill and enjoy !

I have no idea the shipping cost from here to Costa Rica. I can do my research on shipping and get back with you later today.

I didn't see your request re: ship co’s. My last shipment was 2023. Quotes from SBS Logistics ($1,198), Badger Cargo ($1,184 - used them) & AHG Trophy Shippers ($1,746). AHG owner's an asshole so wouldn't have used him anyway. Eastern Cape - Houston, TX, so your mileage may vary. NEVER use Karl Human Taxidermy aka Wild Africa Taxidermy on Eastern Cape. Trophies arrived shattered with no padding/packing material.
