A nice drink for the summer in the Arizona heat ! The mojito !

In the summer a tall glass, tanqueray gin and some tonic with a lime, in the winter a Nice hot buttered rum, or a good tequila

Equal parts shenleys golden wedding and Canada Dry ginger ale over ice unfortunately the Nova Scotia liquor commission no longer sells shenleys products. Golden wedding was my favourite budget friendly whiskey.

Yorsh is my current creation. It is a russian drink of beer and vodka. Interesting how the flavor changes with different beers.

Do you know the best way to drink whisky? Any way you want to drink it. It's your whisky, enjoy it your way.

Truthfully, I put just a dab of water in it. By doing so the whisky opens up for a much better nose.

Old Fashioned (the way they are made in Louisville):
- Muddle 1 tsp brown sugar, orange bitters, angostura bitters with lemon peel
- Mix with 1/2 oz water
- Add 2 oz bourbon (Elijah Craig), stir
- 2-3 ice cubes

What a horrible thing to do to both.

I thought that at first. A russian truck driver told me about it. It sounded horrible. But i had to try it. I just need to find the right beer. I havent found it yet, but sure is fun looking ! Haha

Seelbach
1 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz cointreau
Peychauds/Angostura Bitters
Champagne to fill, garnish with orange twist.

I like a champagne spritz, if I can call that such ? I will have to give it a try this weekend !
