These folks are amazing.

I place an order on their website last night at 2005.

At 2010 I get an email saying my order is in process.

At 2122 I get an email saying my order has shipped, and the order includes the tracking number.

This is not atypical. These guys have got a system!

They also have donated millions to gun/hunting related concerns.

Here are their core values, which are communicated everywhere:

Yes, I am a fan of their business model. I think they do a lot of stuff right!

I also believe they have won the Malcolm Baldrige award twice!

Pretty amazing outfit and I give much of the credit to the leadership and vision of the Potterfields (Larry and his wife of 48 years, Brenda).

Just could not help tooting their horn.

I agree, they are amazing when it comes to their system for processing and delivering their products. I’ve never had an occasion to need their customer service department which also speaks to their attention to detail. Paying a couple dollars more is often worth the peace of mind I get when ordering from them.

Larry Potterfield is a fine gentleman as well. Nancy and I were caught up in the whole baggage / gun registration dance with he and his spouse, Brenda, at the Madrid airport two years ago and ended up spending a delightful hour with them over coffee. They are clearly proud of what they have created, but also clearly humbled by their success. Their MidwayUSA Foundation is endowed with nearly $150 million, supporting youth shooting and hunting activities around the country. Good people.

I once had one of my near weekly orders show up damaged and half the contents MIA. I called customer service and with no questions asked they shipped the missing items that day! In a world of piss poor customer service, swindlers and cheats, Midway USA and the Potterfields are a shining light!

Charlie - I am looking forward to the day Kathy and I retire to our place in Ozark County. I will be picking up orders at Midway just about every week!!

Seems they always have something on closeout I can't resist. Plus, when I need something NOW, 99 times out of 100, they have it!

Agree with the comments on Midway, they are amazing. Basically Amazon for shooters. The last few years, I purchased a few clothing items from them when they have them on sale at some ridiculously low price. Great value.

Yep, never had any issues. Pretty fast shipping, tons of stuff for sale. Great information on their videos. I can't think of any reason not to use them for most of my needs.

Just placed an order! One of my favorite places - like someone else mentioned, they may not always have the best price. But they have virtually everything you could need for shooting/hunting/reloading and the shipping process and customer service are fantastic!
