Man jewelry

I have noticed a few open carrying here in Texas lately and all but one had some sort of fancy rig and pistol. More of a fashion statement than personal defense.

Ignoring the debate on the wisdom of open carry, what would be your “man jewelry” pistol(s)?

I've heard them called "BBQ Pistols" that people wear to kind of show off what they have at a friendly gathering. Like a Friday night car show, but with brisket, beer and bullets.

I'd probably go with a Wilson Combat 9mm 1911 in a custom leather rig. I'd imagine a younger generation may opt for the 2011 variant.

Not a firearm, but dress knives are definitely a thing. Wedding swords too! Just got a commission for one for a gent.

Not into man jewelery, but I do appreciate a nice set of cuff links and a safari belt when the occasion suits it. My family gifts me Patrick Mavros pieces, all solid silver and hallmarked. Here are some belt buckles I have:

My BBQ gun is the same plain Jane pistol I carry every day, a gen 2 Glock 19 that I bought back in the early 90’s.

The difference is I dress it up in a Kramer double horsehide leather OWB holster (with matching mag pouch) as opposed to using the IWB kydex holster that I typically carry in..

I’ve thought about getting a custom holster made from some of my buff hide… but the Kramer is almost as old as the pistol (late 90’s) still looks great, and holds some sentimental value (also used it daily back in my plain clothes cop days)…

I'm not enough of a peacock to go fancy. I'm not disparaging it, I just have ended up being more of a function over fashion guy.

But if I was, it's probably be my webley wg partnered with one of my cherry wood ropp pipes and ONLY if they're serving gin.

My last Safari in Zim I was a bit nervous about bringing Ele Hair Bracelets back ...
I think if I said I bought them it would not have been a problem ...

Not into fancy. Stainless 1911 5" S&W 45acp. Checkered blue plastic grips, 10 rd mag in straight drop black kydex. Double black leather mag pouch with 10rd mags for open carry. All well worn.
4" black Springfield Armory 1911 10rd 9mm in Askins Avenger leather FBI cant, black leather single mag pouch for edc.
