Lost trophies crate (from Mozambique) - is anyone else’s crate missing ?

OMG, this is getting beyond ridiculous. However, don't lose hope.

Just an update as I’d almost forgotten that I even went hunting in Moz back in 2023 … I still haven’t seen a crate and there has been not a single truth told in what little correspondence I’ve gotten from Hunters Services in the last year and a half. What a joke.

This should fall back on your outfitter. They are the ones who live there and should be responsible.

I have been in touch with them over this many many times. They have told me they have tried to get things moving as best they can but still ZERO.

Such a bummer. So sorry for this. No one should have this kind of problem.

I’ve have a big shipment coming from Bullseye out of SA and 10 animals from New Zealand. Just sent payments for both yesterday. My importer is coordinating and my taxidermist is making preparations.

The hunts are memorable, the experience is priceless, the trophies are the lasting legacy.

Agree, even though dip&pack and shipping companies are thin in Mozambique the threat of an outfitter or a coalition of outfitters getting together and saying they won’t use a particular company anymore should light a fire under their asses to get some satisfaction.
But this is Africa and some just don’t give a shit!

I had Bullseye do a few things for me with my first trip over - they are good people

You would certainly think !! And yes you’re right about not caring one way or the other.

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
