Hello Everybody. My name is Hans de Klerk owner of DE KLERK SAFARIS.
We operate in South Africa's Kalahari desert where we privately own 73 385 acres of prime hunting terrain.
I started working in Botswana as a professional hunter for my uncle Ian McFarlane in 1986 and then 4 years later in 1990 started my own safari company. Every year since 1992 we attend the Dallas Safari Club Convention and the SCI Convention as exhibitors. To all our previous clients who have hunted with us in the past, let the members on this site know the good, the bad and the ugly about us. I know there will be at least 99 % good as we become very good friends with most of our clients.
Sincerely
Hans de Klerk

Welcome to AH Hans!
Nice to have you as part of our community, really looking forward to your input.

Welcome to AH Hans! Glad you found us and joined our community.

Thanks guys!
I already feel at home.
Have read some of the articles and posts so far.
I am impressed with the open, friendly, informative way of communication between all the members. Keep at it the way you do in a professional, courteous and respectful manner and do not let the back stabbing culture of the modern social media and anti-hunters enter this domain.
Sincerely
Hans de Klerk

Welcome to AH Hans. Glad to have you here!

Welcome Hans! Enjoy the site!

Glad to have you. Welcome.

@De Klerk Safaris

I hunted my lioness at your place in 2015 when I booked my hunt with Comre. You have an amazing place. Some of those monster impala still haunt my dreams! Everything was first rate! Very happy to have to you here. Seeing you post brought back some great memories.

You are one of the fortunates to have hunted your lion before US Fish and Game closed the importation of lion trophies.
We hope that with President Trump sanity and common sense will return and that the importation of lion trophies will be based on scientific research and not anti hunting emotion and lies.
Regarding our impalas - we are blessed with having exceptional genetics. Biggest impala hunted here so far was 28,5 inches!
Sincerely
Hans de Klerk

Welcome to AH Hans! Looking forward to having you as a sponsor of the site.

Welcome Hans. The folks on this site are willing to tell it like it is. Outfitters are appraised on their performance, of which the success rate and or trophy size plays just a small part. Reviews whether positive or negative are earned. I'm looking forward to reading the answers you provide to questions asked by "seasoned" and first time hunters.

Welcome :S Welcome:

Hans, I like your style. That invitation demonstrates a confidence I like to see.

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
