I love bears,but for me,its to near.
Aera looks like Mc Neil River /Alaska.
A park which is over 50 years under protection and the bears have forgotten that they are hunted.
But once it is just too close. See Timothy Treadwells destiny.

Totally agree with you Foxi. That is definitely too close for comfort.

I believe I'd have had to change my underwear after an encounter that close.

Absolutely agree!

That sneeze or cough you couldn't suppress, that smell of urine as you wet your pants, or who knows what could trigger an attack. They are huge and incredibly powerful.

I know my eyes aren't what they once were, but is that a shotgun on the ground next to the chair leg? If so it appears the guy took protection and then put it down while he set up his camera. A scenario that's all too common.

Wet underwear would have been the least of my worries. A heart attach would have been inevitable!
I’ve been within 30ft of an eight and a half footer, but that was close enough and I was carrying a 375 H&H!

I would have evacuated the lower AND upper colon. Talk about feeling small.

Goods eyes. Sure enough it's a pump shotgun. It's not to useful where it was left. o_O Perhaps a tripping hazard.

hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
