I'm not sure if this is the right place to post a reply but here is a brief story of our SA hunt. My wife and I attended the rmef show in Billings with some friends in 2023. We had talked about going to Africa hunting some day but probably never would have. There was a auction hunt there that was going for a good price so my wife bid on it and we won. The whole thing was very short on plans but turned out fun. We didn't book our hunt till June 2025 so I could guide a couple more seasons and save a bit. My brother and sister law came along. My brother in law on his first hunts. And my hunting partner and good friend Sean came too. We ended up staying 45 or so miles south of Thamamzib. The lodge was many pay grades above what I'm used to and the stay was amazing. We all had a great time and a fun trip. My wife and I shot ten spieces and very much enjoyed our PH. Overall a great trip. We are hoping to plan a trip to Namibia in 2025 with our oldest son and hopefully do a bit more spot and stalk/ walking hunt like we are used to, but we greatly enjoyed our whole trip.
