Shot this big boy on the run, he was over 100 yds running in front of me. One shot from the 7mm Weatherby Magnum took care of him. . Shot a sow before they all scattered, but unfortunately we never found her. The coyotes will be eating well.

Para45, where were you hunting? Where did you hit the hog?

Thanks for taking another one down!

@shootiest43, I was hunting at a friend farm here in Middle Georgia. He was running, and I hit him a bit behind, but hit enough vitals for this thing to die within 85 yds. Where you see the leaves, that's the entry wound.

This was a tough recovery, this guy ran about 85 yds into the nastiest thickest junk you can think of, and tested my tracking abilities to it's fullest. Hogs don't bleed that much. I'll have to do head shots from now on. LOL!!!!!

Congrats.
I don't ever want the hog problem you guys have up here, but that does look like a good time.

Hi PaulB. Would you be interested in another WJ Jeffery .450/.400 NE 3". It's an extractor model and in superb condition, cased as well. Made in 1908. The rifle is here in Texas.

I will take the knife for $250 shipped. Please tell me how you would like the payment.

Thanks-
