COVID-19 Coronavirus UPDATES, BANS, CLOSURES, ADVISORY, etc.

Were you able to see him?

I would enjoy climbing to the top of the 90 meter ramp to look down the hill.

Never would I ski down the ramp. If I got up the courage to do it, I would look like the guy in the old wide world of sports video.

Ahh yes, the ole "Agony of defeat" video.

.....
Hopefully the masks Canada is getting from China aren't the ones that were rejected by multiple countries in the EU last week as being inferior and not working. ....

I guess we will see shortly.

My fellow Canadians will get it.

In an article from this morning, the COO of Medicom says that none of their product is being exported from China.

Medicom, a Canadian manufacturer, has three factories in China, but the Chinese government has requisitioned all production and nothing is being exported, according to the company's COO, Guillaume Laverdure.

Let me point out a mistake, that I just noticed from the above post. I looked and saw the 6th and took it for today's date, and I said it was from this morning. The above article I sited was from March 6. Evidently from some point in January until at least March 6, China was not allowing Medicom masks to leave the country, per the companies COO.

This information is now a month old. If Trudeau said that Medicom was now shipping masks from China into Canada, he probably knows a lot more about it than I do.

My bad! Getting old and not having the cognitive ability to understand what month I am living in sucks. I feel like Biden acts!:D

@Wheels Good catch.
I don't know if the PM was referencing a particular factory/manufacturer or just an origin.
(I often have a filter on when listening to people at podia.)
I will still wait and see what actually happens before I celebrate.

Hopefully Canada will have all the masks they need.

So far the models in America seem to be overstating actual needs.

We all think about whether he should jog or take the mountain bike to keep fit.
Oh man, I have to fight with tears, when I see how some people are beaten

It is a good reminder of how fortunate many of us are.

Well, I just found this thread. Haven’t been on here in awhile. It’s an interesting read, going all the way back to when this first started to now, reading the comments, seeing how some people’s views have changed, others wouldn’t change their views no matter what stance they took at the beginning, and a slight few actually seemed to grasp the gravity of the situation from the beginning.

Love your rifle! I'm needing a heavier rifle for Africa. Sold my .375 Dakota Safari several trips ago. Would you have any interest in a trade of some sort involving the custom 338/06 I have listed here on the site ( I have some room on my asking price. I also have a large quantity of the reloading components and new Redding dies as well as a box of A-Square Dead Tough ammo.
