Atlanta to ADD on Ethiopian Airlines

I’m looking at a flight to Namibia out of Atlanta that connects through ADD with only a 30 minute connection time. I have flown through Ethiopia several times and always get taken to the bowels of the airport to verify ownership of my guns. Each of those trips have well over an hour of connection time. Has anyone taken firearms on this route out of Atlanta? Thanks.

With only 30 min flight transfer in ADD, you will not make it if you are traveling with guns. I spent an hour in the bowels while they tried to find my luggage.

Don't think you would make a connection anywhere with only 30 minutes between flights.....from what I know most airline booking systems wouldn't even sort a booking with that short time between flights.....if you like stress go for it.....

No chance, don't even think about booking with a 30 m connection time, I'd be Leary even with 2 hours in Addis
