Assets enable experiences most of the time. So, the two are not mutually exclusive.

The reverse is also true without the experience it's harder to get the assets. Depending on the experience you gain can be proportional to the assets you can afford.

Here is the exact moment (captured by the hidden matriarch of the outfitter in Limpopo) that I felt peace. It was a sadly strange feeling that I didn't understand for a few minutes. Then, it sunk in. I worry myself sick over nonsense and opinions of those that haven't earned my respect. A cup of coffee, a fire, a sunrise, a nice breeze.... Yes, I paid to get there, so far away from "here", but at that moment, all my "stuff" was irrelevant. I hate to admit that I have let the world in again to infringe on my peace.....but I leave again for Limpopo on 4/15/26. Cheers, @Rare Breed and all those of you who have sat by the fire with a cup of coffee and wanted for nothing.

You should be slapped silly for giving your wife a 243. Did you want to turn her off hunting.
Now take that 243 and get it rebarreled or rebored to 358 win. That way she will have her 7-08 for most things and the 358 for bigger things.

I got her the 7mm-08 and those her the could practice with the 243. I love the 358win but I only want it in a browning blr. I have seriously considered rebarreling it 375 raptor and suppressing it for her.
