5000th post!! What hunts to do in the future

Congratulations on the 5,000+! So many possibilities ... best of luck.

Congrats on 5000! I've been on here just over 2 years now and haven't hit 500 yet! I think you should try for elephant...maybe slip in a good old Saskatchewan whitetail hunt in between somewhere! ;)

Thank you sir! Elephant is climbing the ladder for sure!

Congrats on all the posts. Always enjoy your commentary. As to what to do. Zambia has some very special hunts with some great Buffalo available. I have been thinking about Uganda as a possibility. A couple of recent reports elsewhere has me thinking about it. Perhaps something specialized like LDE or Bongo with a few add ons. Some many hunts to consider and never enough time and money. Best of luck deciding. Bruce

As for future hunts....ah, we´ll see ....

I cant believe this is post #5000 already! This is the only headline I could think of for this post.
It has been a privilege to be part of this community on this website! I have learned so much and gained valuable knowledge and information from so many seasoned hunters and good men and women in general! There is so much knowledge to draw from here about hunting Africa and all over the world. Thank you Jerome @AfricaHunting.com for this website and platform!
...
Best regards,
Charles

Dear Charles
THANK YOU for your contributions and involvement on this Forum.
Enjoy HUNTING for the next destination!

Congrats reedy0312! Every time you post now put $2 in an account and you'll have your elephant in no time.
I tried to do a swear jar like that one time. I was broke in 15 min and had it kept going that jar could have financed the space program for 15 years.

The ladies at the office at work threatened to start a sweat jar for me. I told them I’d just write a check and they could call me when it ran out.

Congrats! Keep the good posts coming.

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
