Reluctantly listing this rifle because I could use $$ more than the gun right now.

Pretty nice Stainless Classic 375 H&H. Made in New Haven, CT with G prefix serial #.

Rings and sling included and ammo pouch if you want.

Asking $2,300 shipped.

WIll take check/MO, and can take CC with 3% fee through my shop. Trying to keep it off gunbroker.

I wish Winchester would stop wasting time and materials on their latest menagerie of weird and meaningless short magnums.
Instead, they should reintroduce the exact same rifle and caliber as above.
I regard it as the finest one for coastal Alaska / Coastal Canada wet, salty conditions.
I expect it would be a decent jungle gun for Cameroon and such rain forest conditions as well.
The .375 H&H shoots plenty flat enough for caribou, mountain goat, etc., and yet it will crumple a charging grizzly at close range.

Grumpy old man rant over.

Cheers.

I have the exact same 375 H&H and absolutely love it…

Agree 100%. I have a stainless 70 .30-06 and it's a workhorse. This .375 looks very good, but out of current budget.

Iv been looking for this rifle for years in canada...still can't find one

Someone got a fantastic rifle in a great chambering.

Great deal for both seller and buyer on an excellent rifle. I have this same rifle that I customized some. I have taken it to Alaska twice and have the utmost confidence in it. Excellent rifle in the perfect for Alaska big game.

Is this rifle sold? If not what is the weight of it and do you know if there is enough difference in diameter between the 35W and the 9.3 to allow for a rebore to a 9.3x62 which is what I am after?
Thanks,
Gary (Just down the road in Springfield)

Forgive me if this is the incorrect area, I signed up to this forum just now because I wanted to be on the list to purchase a copy of your autobiography. Please feel free to pass my information along to whomever is selling. Thank you so much. I look forward to it!
I like the Tillie in my picture. They are supposed to fit loose (2 fingers inside hat band), have mesh for cooling, and hold their shape after washing.
