That’s fascinating Dennis. If you do not mind me asking.... can you tell me about how a crocodile is prepared to have sent back you/USA to be taxidermied like this display? I mean is it simply salt.... dip/pack like hide animals?

Really Cool!!!!

Same as any other skin, Salted in camp then....at dip pack place its suppose to be rehydrated to a point and then any extra meat removed as all hides are , then soaked in a solution of salt brine and a formic acid and or other chemicals to kill anything bugs, ticks, bacteria, viruses, hoof and mouth disease anything that could be brought to the US to other country.

Amazing

Very well done.. congrats!!

Just stunning Dennis.

Most wouldn't even try that .

Thanks Royal, Most can't . Taxidermy is a real art that involves understanding of basic anatomy and structure of the animal , how it can turn, move and articulate itself . Most just buy forms and glue skin on. Know nothing about cutting, alteration, change body size, bone length growth for younger animals vs older animals and the flow and composition of a piece. and how to put emotion and realism in a piece, It's Art. Wait till you see the expression and eye roll of the baboon when done. Thank you all so much for liken my work here on AH

Wow, as usual beautiful work! (y)(y)(y)

Hi - the only (best) method of sending you the .375/06IMP data is with photographing my book notes. My camera died so the only way I can do it is with my phone. To do that, I would need your e-mail address, as this
new Android phone is too complicated to upload to my desk computer, which would be easier and to down-grade, reduce the file sizes.
Best wishes
Daryl

Hey Steve, This is Steve Washington we met at KMG last year. I am interested in your Winchester. Would love to speak with you about it. I work third shift and I cannot take a phone with me to work. Let me know a good time to call during one of your mornings. My phone is [redacted]. Live in Florida so I have to account for the time difference.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Good day, Slider.

Do you by any chance have any 500NE brass left that you are willing to part ways with?

Best regards,
Boela Bekker.
