Barr and the DOJ are officially involved.

I seriously doubt Barr did that with zero evidence. Enough? Who knows?

But, it just got even more interesting....

I wonder if the churches such as UCC, UM & Presp will be as willing to open their doors to provide use of restrooms, overnight shelter, food and breaks between "peacefully demonstrating" to the conservatives as much as they have to the liberals/BLM/Anti-whatever groups.

If this is provable, then it probably gives Trump standing in PA.

Legislative led audit is interesting.

If the executive branch doesn't allow this or if the audit comes back qualified, the PA legislature may take things into their own hands when it comes to appointing electors and could appoint them for Trump.

If one legislature sets a precedent for 2020, it makes it much easier or another legislature to do the same. Biden and the governor do not want this to happen. Will they allow this audit? Depends on what they know will be found.

Pa House GOP members tomorrow will "call for a legislative-led audit of the 2020 election and demand election results not be certified, nor electors be seated, until the audit is complete," per news release.

This doesn't mean crap, but I still found it interesting. RCP seems to have quietly removed PA from Biden.

AG Barr, has ordered Federal prosecutor's to investigate voter irregularities.

Will anything come out of this, or will it be another "Dog & Pony" show, like the Russia investigation.?

take his resignation list to your chest.
You're really from yesterday

Your opinion of President Trump means as much to me as my opinion of Merkel means to you. To translate: Not much! I appreciate knowing your stories about hunting and ethics practices in your country, but your opinions about politics in America is irrelevant.

I see on the news that several businesses are removing the protective measures because they figure that there won't be any rioting due to the election. Seems the rioters were programmed to riot if Trump won, which would indicate that the rioters are just peaceful DemonRats. Since they got their way they can stay home and wait for their welfare check.

Barr is just the man to see that nothing does happen imho--he has been awol and will probably stall things past the time allotted. I had wished he was the man they said he was...
BTW, if the state legislatures select unpopular delegate, can congress sabotage it?

Foxi, you have many interesting and informative posts, but I totally disagree with you on this. I understand that it is difficult to get the facts outside the US. Our family in Canada sees nothing but left wing misrepresentations of Trump in their media.

Let’s forget the personality and just list a few things, accomplished under Trump, now at risk if Biden prevails:
- tax reform driving the pre COVID US economy to unprecedented levels
-judicial appointments, staffing our courts with constitutionalists,
- Middle East peace accords thought impossible a few short years ago
- renegotiation of NAFTA to a more equitable deal for all parties
- Backing down Korea
- Slowing China and setting the stage for a much more equitable relationship
- a groundbreaking approach to engagement of big pharma in the development of a COVID vaccine
- and, wait for it, making left wing loonie heads explode on national television. (Sorry, couldn’t help myself!)

I won’t defend his personality. He is abrasive to say the least. However, we hired him to do a job and he has done it well.

Regards

A hint at where the challenges are heading.

The goal in an election challenge is not to prove "x > y" when the outcome of the election was "y > x". The goal is an election challenge is to prove that the process for determining "x" and "y" was unreliable, and there is evidence of manipulation.

The goal does not have to be for Trump to prove he "won" as an objective matter, simply that as a subjective matter there can be no confidence in the declaration of either candidate as a winner. The Constitution provides a political remedy for that problem, not a legal remedy.

We've already mentioned the possibility of Trump doing a "Grover Cleveland" in 2024, winning a second but non-consecutive term. Another possibility is a "Teddy Roosevelt Bullmoose Party run", essentially a third party run which splits the conservation vote and the Dems win again.

The next 4 years will be interesting.

The saddest part is some of the Natives and Native leaders who are calling racism and discrimination the loudest are the ones who are siphoning off a ton of government $$$. There was that one dude in Quebec he openly spoke against intermarriage, called white people racists etc... and yet his reserve or and was getting like 2 or so million from the government per year and he gave himself a yearly salary of $1 million. A number of chiefs run their reserves like the mafia
I was met with animosity from natives in the Dease Lake / Watson Lake area two years ago, when I politely asked a few if there was somewhere it would be OK for me to hunt. I have a bud who came back to what was left of his camp and truck after days away. He was after sheep, and took his quad into the hills. Luckily he had hid gas and was able to make it out to pavement. Most hunters concede that if you are going to hunt in that area you need a secure location to store your vehicle. And this is all public land. But if anyone protests you are called a racist, by the natives and those in the south. They are out to reclaim the North or at least a third of the province.

Where did antifa really come from--from socialist professors who did not educate--they re-educated the kiddos. Deal with that and maybe the colleges will quit spitting out little Bernies.
