Good afternoon,
In a somewhat painful effort to downsize, I am selling my CZ 550 in .458 Win Mag customized by Tim at Matrix. The rifle has been hunted, so it's not perfect but remains in very good condition.
I have tried to show the stock dings and scratches on the bolt handle in my pictures.
Rifle Details:
- CZ 550 Safari Magnum with a Bavarian-style stock (exceptional factory wood)
- Condition: Minor dings in the wood from hunting (no cracks or major dents); metal is 99.5% with a couple of scratches on the bolt handle
- Accuracy: Sub-MOA with Barnes 450 grain TSX and Barnes Banded Solids; shoots 500 grain TBBC and Hornady DGS/DGX right at MOA.
Custom Work:
- Barrel cut to 23"
- Matrix custom banded front sight with red fiber optic and hood
- Custom single-blade express rear sight (regulated for 50 yards)
- Barrel band sling mount
- Midnight Blue Cerakote
- Glass and pillar bedded
- Timney trigger
- 3-position AHR safety
- Bolt straightened and filled
- Jewelled bolt and follower; action tweaked for smooth feeding (especially with round/flat profile loads like TBBC or flat-nosed solids)
Optics:
- Leupold Patrol 6HD 1-6x24 Illuminated FireDot mounted on Warne QD rings
Also, I have a good bit of ammo that I will be selling in another listing. I will make a package deal for the buyer of this rifle. Please feel to DM for any additional info or pics. I will be glad to take phone calls or video chat.
Asking $4900 shipped to your FFL. I am open to offers, but no trades at this time, please.
Thank you.
