Ladies, for all you do, put up with, listen to, support and assist in so that we all can go on these wild adventures far away from home and family. For understanding us (as only you do) and taking our bloody business and making it your own with thoughtful gestures of love. You all own my deepest respect and admiration.

What has prompted me to write this post has everything to do with something my wife surprised me with yesterday morning. And she knows how much I hate surprises.

She couldn’t be with me on this last safari, but she found a way to bring it into her home and appreciate and share it with everyone nevertheless.

I cannot wait until 2028 to share her dream safari with her in Moz.

Thank you again ladies.

Beautiful! I surprised my wife with a purse made from the back skin of the Buffalo I killed last year. She loves the purse and her mood change in regards of how big the Buffalo mount is. :ROFLMAO: She took this picture to show her family the purse and the size of the Buffalo mount. :ROFLMAO:

Mine has accumulated a rather large collection of hunting guilt jewelry over the years.

Mine goes with me. No guilt but damn she wants pretty wood on her firearms. :ROFLMAO:

Haha! Yeah, I get that.

Bonnie gets fur from Alaska every trip. It’s an amazing wardrobe she owns.

By the way, those floating bones make a rather unusual pendant. The stone is Tourmaline for which Namibia is famous and where I took the leopard.

Way ahead of you. Mine are getting sent off for her soon. My other jeweler here has taken very ill.

I tried this, it didn't work, I don't get it.

Amen brother! When I finally got Charlotte to Africa it was “ you’re never going back without me” she has even talked me into shooting a few animals, notably a fine waterbuck and gemsbok.

@Paul K , mine gets a wall pedestal of a blue wildebeest that I was just going to Euro mount but she insisted that the hide was too pretty for that and a new 60” zero turn lawn mower that I just can’t keep her off of.

Wife went on the most recent trip. She likes to run around photo stalking everything. Second day in Africa she was crawling to the edge of a river to photograph a pod of hippos with the PH. It was cool to watch her get into it, in her own way. She got a lot of cool photos, and she’s pumped to go back. I joke that she’ll bag a hippo before I do.

You should have gotten her the Shark Stratos
I almost bought her a nice enameled cast iron frying pan, but that was 50 bucks more. I spent a $150.00 of my beer money on that sweeper and did without beer for a whole week and she didn't appreciate my sacrifice. Go figure. I ask you, is my wife Charlotte trying to tell me something ?

I have appreciated all of my wives.

Great topic, keep it coming!

My bride did pick up a new necklace that could require a new Blaser R8 Professional 2.0 stock on my end. Not sure how the scales got tipped so far in her direction, but I assure you it won't be for long.

Gents,

It remains a mystery as to why my wife was attracted to me in the first place, not to mention after 33 years.
She still makes my heart beat fast and a day never passes without me telling her that I love her.
Even though I have known in the past some exceptional women, mine is the most interesting, conservative, charismatic and magnetic one I have ever met.
I would rather be alone again than to be with another woman.

Not only does she remain quite good looking now in her mid 60’s but, she is preparing to retire from her 2nd career, continuing with a locomotive work ethic to the very end.
Plus, she is compassionate toward good people who may be suffering from whatever torments them.
She cared for my mother during the several years that dementia eventually took her life at age 99.
She is the Osa Johnson of my life.

Cheers,
V. Dog.

Good morning. I see that you had a Sauer 202 for sale for $3,000. Did you sell it at that price?
I have one for sale as well. I listed it (on here ) at $3,000 as well. Is the price high, low or right where it should be?

Thanks. Alex. [redacted] in case you want to call me to discuss further. I appreciate your time help and support.

Dave, I could use both of them if still available. I just picked up a new .22 mag and a .22 pump that they would be perfect on.
