Good Gun Deals This Week

I’ve been researching this KIMBER .416 Rigby this morning. Double square bridge, Mauser receiver, CRF, 4+1 with the drop box mag, excellent wood, and original factory Talley QDs. These were only made from 1989-1991 and it is estimated only 400 of the Africans were ever made. The Clackamus OR stuff is highly sought after. One of these sold for $6200 4 years ago. There is another one for sale now for $8500 and the condition is not close to this one. This one looks dam near perfect. This seems highly underpriced to me…

It was so underpriced that the Kimber African sold yesterday prior to the initial report of this rifle.

Well… that’s not true. I just called the shop and bought it.

WYFox - Thanks for the heads up. I really didn’t need another .416 Rigby but I feel like this one was just too good to pass up. Maybe I keep it, at that price maybe I flip it. We shall see- but good eye.
 
Well, I was the first looser on that Kimber rifle. I do not know what it sold for but it looks absolutely gorgeous. Congrats migrabill. I will just have to keep looking...

I was unaware that Kimber of Oregon ever made a .416 Rigby. Congrats, that's a lot of gun for the money.

Gorgeous Rifle. I was tempted to pounce on it as well, but I currently own four .416's - plus the whole baby thing and saving money. Side not this is a terrible thread
