And what is this? I exactly remember this ornament, but where I saw it? It's now like ill tooth
It is for learning to write the correct HEIGHT small letters and capitalized letters.

A man was going to camp in a haunted woods. Friends warned him, "don't be there when John comes..." Bah humbug, he went camping and while sitting around the campfire a small elfin being came and asked,"are you going to be here when John comes?" He threw the skillet at it and left a lump on its head. Next a ghostly apparition came and asked, "are youooooo going to be here when John comes?" He spat tobacco toward it. Then the ground thundered, the moon was blocked out as a troll of a giant swept aside an entire tree and sat on the stump. He grabbed all the bacon out of a pan and drank the hot grease. Then he wiped his mouth with a handful of coals, and thundered, "YOU GOING TO BE HERE WHEN JOHN COMES?!!"
The man said, "IF YOU AIN'T JOHN, I'M GONE!"

I first heard this one on a Brother Dave Gardner record a loooong time ago. LOL

My old international harvestor 1200 pickup truck had that gear. It was called a granny gear. You could almost walk fast enough to keep up with the truck. Good for baling hay.
Also worked well for feeding hay. Put it in granny gear and hop out of the truck to offload hay/feed as it rolled. Then jump back in to turn around

Yes :(

The rule here is "Do not get involved, call the police.". Then the police wont show up and the guy will go rob someone else. Welcome to the liberal utopia of the west coast.
Even in Washington it is legal to use force "in self defence or in defence of another." Of course, the force must be proportionate to the crime. Shooting an unarmed purse snatcher would not be a good idea, but punching him out to protect another person from a violent crime would be covered.

I used force to stop an assault by multiple thugs on an old guy in Aberdeen. I did have a CCW, but no one else presented a weapon so I left mine in the holster under my jacket. I was able to drive off most of the bad guys with "strong verbal directives." The last guy wouldn't stop and I went after him using "pain and balance disruption tactics" to control and hold him for police. Had hold of the one guy but had to keep track of his friends to be sure that none of them decided to come back in with a weapon. If I did not have a hidden weapon I would not have been able to stop the assault and I believe that the victim may have died.

Thank God, we do not live in the UK or even Australia or Canada where defence of another or even self defence is not protected by law. Yes, I know that self defence is technically legal, but not the use of any implement that might even the odds against a stronger or armed attacker.

I could put my old Ford pickup in “Granny Gear” get out and open the gate and let the truck idle through up hill, get back it and it would never stall out.

Hi PaulB. Would you be interested in another WJ Jeffery .450/.400 NE 3". It's an extractor model and in superb condition, cased as well. Made in 1908. The rifle is here in Texas.
